Cynegetic is a recruitment and headhunting agency specializing in the insurance and financial services field.

 

Established in Montreal in spring 2020 by Mathieu Félix Larouche, Cynegetic aims to revitalize the way recruitment is done. Its founder’s approach is simple: he believes that to identify talent, you have to meet people face to face, talk with them, listen and share. Taking the time to meet with an employer to determine their needs, and with a candidate to understand their ambitions, is the only way to match outstanding talent with the right employer to optimize performance.
