Our general manager Mathieu Félix Larouche founded Cynegetic in the spring of 2020. After a variety of discouraging experiences related to sourcing talent, he realized there was an urgent need for fresh ideas in the recruitment field. Too often, square pegs were put into round holes just for the sake of filling a position. There had to be a better way.
